By following simple ‘unsubscribe’ instructions contained in any mailing we may send you, you can stop future mailings at any time. We don't sell e-mail addresses or personal data to other organisations. Designer Boys privacy practices are designed to provide a high level of protection for your personal data, all over the world.

DISCLAIMER

Most of the artwork you see in this catalogue is created from natural materials. As a result variations in colour, texture, size and finish to occur. They are not considered flaws but, instead, become part of the attraction of each piece.

Designer Boys does not guarantee and accepts no legal liability arising from or connected to any reduction in the quality, colour fading or the occurrence of mildew or mould or any other damage arising from the site conditions under which the artworks are displayed and over which it has no control.

TERMS OF BUSINESS

General Information: All orders are proforma. Goods will be dispatched on receipt of full payment only.

Most of our frames are produced by hand. There maybe variations in colour and finish, these are part of the design process and are not considered flaws.

We reserve the right to make minor alterations without prior notification.

Delivery: We will do our utmost to ensure your order is dispatched within 7-10 working days. However on occasions, due to circumstances outside our control, it may be longer. We will notify you of any delay, but we cannot be held responsible.

Freight Charges: Freight charges are additional and are borne by the purchaser.

Damages & Discrepancy Claims: Sometimes damages / discrepancies do occur. These must be reported to us within 24 hours on receiving the goods.

Cancellations: Cancellations and amendments can only be accepted before full payment is received. We do not issue refunds.

Returns: Most of our products are custom made for orders and a result we cannot accept returns.

Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notification.

General Care: It is recommended that the artwork is displayed under indirect lighting conditions and away from any contact with moisture and high levels of humidity. Do not display the artwork in the direct sun or in humid conditions.
